1. MOCHA provides warranty coverage to the original purchaser, as specified in our official warranty policy.
2. Depending on the nature of the issue, MOCHA may supply replacement parts (excluding installation services) for eligible products in accordance with the terms of our warranty policy.
3. To submit a warranty claim, the following condition must be fulfilled: You must provide a valid submission ID as proof of warranty registration. This ID will be sent to your registered email upon successful completion of the warranty registration form on our official warranty page.
4. This warranty is valid for residential use only and is applicable within Malaysia.
5. MOCHA reserves the right to update or revise these Warranty Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
